I have spent most of my adult life educating myself or learning from others. Overall fitness and ability is my paramount goal with every client. I focus on movements that increase flexibility and stamina by mimicking one's desired activities; then improving upon them. I spend my time training for OCR races, The Spartan Series and American Ninja Warrior.

Trainer Bio:
I have been dedicated to leading a fitness oriented lifestyle ever since I first entered a gym. I progressed quickly, and surrounded myself with others who were just as passionate towards fitness as I was. I became exponentially stronger, wiser, and more fluent with all the body's movements. My focus is on bodybuilding, power lifting, Olympic lifting, and H.I.I.T. cycles. All clients under my instruction will most surely be utilizing their entire body with the utmost efficiency. Their form will remain pristine from the first rep right up until the very last.

Trainer Bio:
I believe fitness, working out, and being healthy should be looked at as a rewarding challenge for our bodies, instead of punishment. My training style incorporates various techniques including Resistance training, Calisthenics, and High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) I don't like sticking to one style because it's important to keep the body guessing, always challenged, and of course for it to be fun. I believe that it is important to teach my client's how to adopt to a healthy, realistic lifestyle that they will love and that will become second nature.

I feel I work very well with woman and mothers. I am, and have been, in their shoes. I understand what they go through because I have been there. I also have a passion for running and love to work with people who are or aspire to be a runner. I have rehab experience and I can modify easily if clients have injuries. During my sessions I like to focus on core work. I feel a strong core makes a strong body.

Large compound, functional movements for strength. I focus on teaching people to squat according to their movement abilities. I focus on a press of some sort and a hip lunge movement like a dead lift. Again I cater to movement abilities and I preach progress. It all comes down to moving well with strength.

Inspirational Quote:
“Success is challenging to get fleeting once you’ve attained it. You should never take it for granted. Mediocrity is the norm. Success is measured and re-earned. If you’re unsure about who you are and what you want, your goal will never be a reality. Everyone has their mental doubts in life and internal conflicts. Even the most successful people that you look up to have their doubts, but they don’t live there. It’s how you handle those negative thoughts in that exact moment and overwhelm them with positive action. Trust in yourself and stick to the process.”
