CLASS DESCRIPTIONS - All classes run approximately 55 minutes

Boot Camp - The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells) and stretching. Your instructor will vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

Spinning - This is your ride! Experience flats, hills, jumps and much more in this indoor cycling workout.

Step and Strength - The best kind of workout, half cardio and half strength with a classic Step Aerobics workout and free weight toning and conditioning.

Yoga - Equal part activity and restoration, work through traditional vinyasa yoga poses aimed to develop strength, flexibility, and a mind-body connection.

Zumba - Mix of low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning fitness dance party.

ALL classes require a signup on the Zoo app.
You can signup on the app or call the gym during staffed hours and we can sign you up. Signups are allowed 48 hours prior to each class.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of each class; arriving after this time will result in a possible loss of a spot.
