CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre - Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Cardio Kickboxing - Martial Arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility. No experience necessary!

Cardio Kickboxing Interval Training - Cardio Kickboxing with intervals of strength training.

*Les Mills BODYPUMP - The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Max Conditioning – A total body workout using a variety of resistance equipment to tighten and tone from head to toes.

Senior Dance Gold - Perfect For. Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Senior Stretch – An amazing stretching experience done either standing or in a chair. This class supports injury prevention and is suitable for everyone and anyone wanting to be more pliable.

SilverSneakers - Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

*Spinning - This is your ride!  Experience flats, hills, jumps and much more in this indoor cycling workout.

Triple T – (Trim, Tighten & Tone) A full body, resistance training class that will get your heart pumping and your muscles growing.

*TRX - Born in the Navy SEALs, suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Yoga - Equal part activity and restoration, work through traditional vinyasa yoga poses aimed to develop strength, flexibility, and a mind-body connection.

Gentle Yoga - Traditional Yoga with added core conditioning and strength moves.

Zumba - Mix of low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning, fitness dance party.
