7th Week Evaluation & Reprogramming
Before your program ends, we check in with a comprehensive Week 7 Evaluation Email. This serves as a launchpad for your next phase. In this touchpoint, we’ll:

Schedule your re-assessment (new Styku scan, workout evaluation, and updated goals)
