We begin with a one-on-one conversation to dive deep into your fitness background, previous training experiences, lifestyle habits, and any medical conditions or injuries. Whether your goals are weight loss, strength building, toning, or improving overall health, this session allows us to set realistic, meaningful, and measurable objectives.
Styku Body Scan
Next, we use advanced 3D body scanning technology to precisely analyze your body composition—including body fat percentage, lean mass, posture, circumference measurements, and more. These detailed metrics allow us to:

P.A.R.Q. (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
Safety comes first. The P.A.R.Q. helps us identify any potential health risks that could affect your ability to exercise. This questionnaire reviews factors such as heart conditions, joint issues, medication use, and other relevant medical history to ensure we program responsibly and appropriately from day one.
Blood Oxygen Level Test
We use a pulse oximeter to measure your blood oxygen saturation. This gives us a baseline for cardiovascular health and endurance, helping to monitor how your body uses oxygen during training. It’s especially useful in customizing cardio intensity levels for your individual conditioning needs.
Blood Pressure Check
High or low blood pressure can significantly impact your ability to exercise safely. We check your resting blood pressure to ensure you’re within a safe range to begin your training program. This measurement also helps us structure your workout progression to avoid overexertion and to promote heart-healthy habits.
Workout Assessment
This final step is hands-on. We guide you through sample movements from your upcoming training plan to:
