You may submit up to three referrals per form submission. Want to refer more than three people? Simply submit another form!

2. We’ll Reach Out
A member of The Zoo Health Club team will contact your referrals, answer their questions, and invite them to experience everything The Zoo has to offer.

3. They Join. You Get Rewarded.
For every qualifying referral who signs up for a term membership, you’ll receive a credit equal to one month of your regular membership dues.

REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in The Zoo Health Club Refer-a-Friend Program (“Referrer” or “you”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Refer-a-Friend Program is available to active members of participating Zoo Health Club locations whose memberships are in good standing.

Referral credits are earned by the Zoo Health Club member whose information is entered as the referring member on the referral submission form.

Submitting a Referral

Members may submit up to three prospective members per referral form submission. Members may complete additional submissions if they would like to refer more than three people.

Please only submit individuals whom you know personally and who you reasonably believe may be interested in learning more about The Zoo Health Club.

Submitting a referral does not automatically qualify the referring member for a free month. A referral must become a Successful Referral as described below.

Successful Referral

A Successful Referral occurs when an eligible person submitted through the referral form becomes a new Zoo Health Club member and signs up for a qualifying term membership.

The referred individual must identify or be recorded as a referral of the participating Zoo Health Club member in order for the referring member to receive credit.

Existing Zoo Health Club members, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, and individuals already actively working with The Zoo Health Club regarding a membership may not qualify as new referrals.

One Referral = One Free Month

For every Successful Referral, the referring member will receive a credit equal to one month of their regular monthly membership dues.

Referral credits will be applied toward upcoming membership dues on the referring member’s active membership.

Referral credits:

• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Apply toward regular monthly membership dues only unless otherwise stated.
• Do not apply toward annual fees, enrollment fees, past-due balances, products, services, personal training, or other charges.
• Cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
• Require the referring member’s membership to remain active and in good standing when the credit is applied.

If a member earns multiple referral credits, those credits may be applied toward multiple future membership billing cycles.

Refer 12 qualifying new members and you could receive up to 12 months of regular membership dues FREE.

Membership Cancellation or Freeze

If a referring member cancels their membership before all earned referral credits have been used, any remaining unused referral credits may be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward a future membership.

If a membership is frozen, the timing of referral credits may be adjusted until the membership returns to active billing status.

Referral Qualification

The Zoo Health Club reserves the right to verify all referrals and determine whether a referral qualifies for the program.

Memberships that are cancelled, rescinded, refunded, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise do not remain valid may not qualify for a referral credit.

Respecting Your Referrals

Please submit referrals responsibly. Referral information should not be obtained through spam, purchased contact lists, misleading advertising, or other inappropriate means.

By submitting an individual’s contact information, you represent that you have a reasonable basis to believe that person would be interested in hearing from The Zoo Health Club.

Program Changes

The Zoo Health Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Refer-a-Friend Program, including its rewards, qualifications, or terms, at any time.

Any determination regarding eligibility or qualification for referral credits will be made by The Zoo Health Club in accordance with the terms of the program.
