B.S. In Kinesiology - movement science option
Large compound, functional movements for strength. I focus on teaching people to squat according to their movement abilities. I focus on a press of some sort and a hip lunge movement like a dead lift. Again I cater to movement abilities and I preach progress. It all comes down to moving well with strength.
