Power10 is geared towards athletes and the fitness-minded young and old, Power10 offers a low impact, high calorie burn, full-body workout in an efficient and fun 60-minute session. Using state-of-the-art Concept 2 ergometers (rowing machines), and a team of dedicated, passionate and experienced rowing coaches, a complete exercise program is provided that will help members keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, rehabilitate from injury or surgery or compete on the water.

Indoor rowing has become a popular total body exercise program, with independent centers opening all over the country. Much like Spinning was to the 1990s and 2000s, indoor rowing has become the new fitness rage because it can be done alone or in groups.
