CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre - Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Body Sculpt - This class is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on core and body functional strength. We use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, as well as our gym setting. You perform traditional weight-training moves to strength and condition your entire body.

Bootcamp - Get ready to push yourself and your body! This is a varied workout using different equipment every time, some days circuit training or training with multiple sets. This variation makes sure you get the most out of your workout by switching it up every time! This class will help you get high endurance, cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - Time to burn calories and build lean muscles through intervals of high and medium intensity forcing your muscles to demand more oxygen and energy. Give it everything you got.

*Les Mills BODYPUMP - The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Pilates - We focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Exercises are presented at multiple levels with focus on awareness of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.

Power & Pedal - The best of both worlds. This class is an energizing combo of 30 minutes of interval training and 30 minutes of power of pedaling. Join us for the entire class or break it up as needed for YOU.

SilverSneakers - Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

*Spinning - This is your ride!  Experience flats, hills, jumps and much more in this indoor cycling workout.

Yoga - Equal part activity and restoration, work through traditional vinyasa yoga poses aimed to develop strength, flexibility, and a mind-body connection.

Chair Yoga - With a chair for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. This class is for those who have issues getting up and down from the floor and prefer a chair for their main seat.

Flow Yoga - is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.

Zumba - Mix of low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning, fitness dance party.
