CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre - Ballet based class that combines Pilates & interval training to lengthen, lift & tone.

Boot Camp - A group physical training program, military style. This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a one hour period of time.

Core Fusion - A mix of Yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, and whatever else it takes to tone your abs & core.
Insanity - A total body workout at a very intense pace for a short period of time to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat.

Les Mills BODY COMBAT - The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. The fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.

*Les Mills BODY PUMP - The original LES MILLS barbell class will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body, fast! It is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, lift, press, and curl.

P90X - Combination of Cardio, Challenging Resistance training, Explosive Plyometrics, flexibility, and stability. P90X is an intense workout that, using the science of Muscle Confusion, constantly switches things up to help you bust through your plateaus - and get in the best shape of your lives!

*Spinning - Indoor Cycling Workout.

Step Aerobics - A form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobics exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

*TRX - Suspension training using gravity and your own body weight to perform exercises.

Yoga - Equal part activity and restoration, work through traditional vinyasa yoga poses aimed to develop strength, flexibility, and a mind-body connection. 

Zumba - Mix of low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning, fitness dance party.

Zumba Step - Strengthen and tone your legs and glutes with step aerobics.
