Barre - Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Core Fusion - A mix of Yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, and whatever else it takes to tone your abs & core.

Guns & Buns - This class will focus on: fat loss, glute gains, toning your legs and core for a more sculpted you. Expect to be challenged and sweat your buns off.

Insanity - Insanity increases your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between. Intervals include plyometric drills, and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights are needed, and you don't have to be in extreme shape to do it.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT - Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.
